Questions about official Lee County criminal records should go to the public office that created or maintains the file. This private reference site cannot retrieve, certify, change, or seal a record. The contacts below route court files to the Lee County Circuit Clerk, district matters to District Court, and arrest or jail questions to the Lee County Sheriff's Office.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Record?

Use the office tied to the record's stage. Lee County and Arkansas divide these records among several custodians:

  • Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
  • Criminal records and rap sheets: contact the Arkansas State Police and Arkansas Crime Information Center
  • Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Lee County sheriff's records unit
  • Official background checks: order through the Arkansas State Police and Arkansas Crime Information Center
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
